Abstract

Education reform in 2000 has introduced a system career advance-ment of teachers. Conceptually, a teacher with a higher degree of advancement should have a greater knowledge, competence, should continue to learn. These activities should translate into his or her work more effectively and thereby en-hancing the quality of institution work. The article discusses results of studies concerning the opinion of the directors of kindergartens about promotion.
